The sparkleimage.com.mt Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the sparkleimage.com.mt Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Registration

To register with sparkleimage.com.mt you must be over eighteen years of age.

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

When you register to use the sparkleimage.com.mt site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. Prices, minimum amounts

Our online prices are inclusive of VAT.  

We offer the same shop prices. We guarantee that the price you see on our page will be the price you are charged, however if there is a price change until the time we process the order we will charge you with the CHEAPER price.

Payment

Payment is to be effected via credit/debit cards online only. The cards which we currently accept are the following:

Expiry Date on Payment Card

Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment is taken at the point of despatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.

Deliveries

Upon entering your details you will be notified with the delivery days and the respective service charge.  However you can refer to the Delivery schedule at any time.

The person receiving the delivery will be asked to check that all boxes/parcels are closed and that the number of boxes/parcels received match to the amount on the bill.  A signature will be required confirming receipt and order.  Claims, however, can be made within 24hours from delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If the client wish to return any item purchased for whatever reason, he/she may do so by returning the goods at our shop with the receipt.  From there onwards the shop return policy will take place, that is either by exchanging items, offset from bill or by cash refund.

Website maintenance

From time to time certain parts of, or the whole website may not be available due to maintenance work. We shall give as much notice as in the circumstances is reasonable and shall endeavour to carry out such works during the scheduled maintenance periods. Furthermore, the site or parts of it may not be available to circumstances beyond our control. We apologies for such inconviences.
