These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of and relationship with, Sparkle Image website (sparkleimage.com.mt). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and obligations under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions , please do not register for, or use the sparkleimage.com.mt site.
Use of the sparkleimage.com.mt Site (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘website’)
Sparkleimage.com.mt offers online shopping services to all localities and addresses in Malta (Gozo and Comino are excluded). The service is extended to Yacht Marinas Offices, Factories and other commercial addresses.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the sparkleimage.com.mt Site. The changes will apply to the use of the sparkleimage.com.mt Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the sparkleimage.com.mt Site. If you continue to use the sparkleimage.com.mt Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the sparkleimage.com.mt Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

Password and security
When you register to use the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately.
If Sparkleimage.com.mt has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
Minimum Spend and other requirements
Sparkleimage.com.mt have a minimum spending requirement of €50 (fifty euro) any orders below this amount will not be processed.
Water packets are limited to 15 cases of 6x 2litre bottles per order.
The prices, on our website are the same as our store Prices. Our Store promotions and offers are also repeated on our website, however, Sparkle Image reserve the right to make further offers for online customers without repeating such offers in Sparkle Image stores.
When an order is confirmed, the prices on the confirmation of order remain. WE DO NOT ALTER YOUR PRICE, to reflect any increase in inflation or otherwise.
Delivery Charge and Service
Deliveries are kept as frequent as possible with the shortest possible delivery time. You will be contacted by our customer care prior the delivery time, to confirm that someone will be at home to receive the order. In the event that a delivery time is agreed, and no one will be at home to receive the order, the order is taken back to our store. All service charges remain, and collection has to be made by client.
Service charge applies to all localities in Malta, starting from €2 up to a maximum of €3. No service charge will be added to orders exceeding the amount of €150.
Deliveries are made during Shop opening hours. No deliveries are made during Sundays and Public Holidays.
Sparkle Image reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, with a suitable notice to our customers or a website notice.
A selection of payment methods is offered by our website. You may choose to pay online via an authorised and secured payment gateway, or by ‘Cash on Delivery’ method.
If you have already joined Sparkle Image Loyalty scheme, we will attach your loyalty number to your sparkleimage.com.mt account.
You may redeem your points using sparkleimage.com.mt or from shopping directly in any of our stores, or online.
Same conditions as those for in Store apply for the use of our loyalty scheme at sparkleimage.com.mt
We reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any Loyalty Scheme at any time without notice.
Security and Fraud
When you use Sparkle Image Loyalty scheme you warrant to Sparkle Image that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Loyalty number and that you are using it in good faith.
If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of Loyalty points to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.
If we reasonably believe that any points are being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any points and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Sparkle Image reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances
Unless we deliver a damaged item we do not exchange or issue refunds for any unwanted products. You still have the right to return the product to any of our stores with copy of receipt and follow our return policy.
You may not use the sparkleimage.com.mt Site for any of the following purposes:
Sparkleimage.com.mt reserves the right to refuse to post material on the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site or to remove material already posted on the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site.
You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with:
