Your data, as provided by yourself, will be received and accessed by our company’s officers and employees involved in one of the purposes referred above. Said persons are bound by confidentiality obligations to our company.
We do not sell or disclose your data to any third parties. However, with regards to our website, newsletter and mailing list, third party service providers involved in our information technology setup may receive your details exclusively for the purposes of allowing the same setup to function accordingly and allowing us to fulfil the purposes above. Such third party service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations towards our company and they process your data exclusively for the purposes of this policy. These third party service companies are primarily OI-Soft Ltd. for website maintenance, development and hosting and Transactium Ltd. for Payment Gateway transactions.
USE OF COOKIES
While Sparkle Image does not obtain personal information from visitors to its Web sites unless it is voluntarily provided to us, we do use "cookies" and other technology to record certain non-personal information. This information is used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor, and may include the type of browser being used by the visitor (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system being used by the visitor (e.g., Mac, Windows), etc. Non-personal information may also be used to count the number of visitors to the sites, but only in an aggregate form that does not personally identify any visitor. Likewise, personal information that is provided to us voluntarily may be aggregated and used for marketing, advertising, and other purposes in a manner that does not disclose the personal information of any individuals.

Our website may from time to time contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. RETENTION POLICY
The data you provided will be retained for as long as you wish to allow us for the purposes referred above. All accounting data will be retained for 10 years as per our legal obligations.
With regards to the Sparkle Image Loyalty Scheme, if there are no transactions effected by you in the last 3 years, we will remove your data from the scheme. Note however, that if at any point you want to remove your data from our database, you can simply hit UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of any one of our emailed newsletters or from the "Account" section on our website . You may also send an email to admin@sparkleimage.com.mt that you want your data to be removed and we will delete all records accordingly.
The above is without prejudice to our obligations at law to provide data as requested, for example to law enforcement or judicial authorities.
YOUR RIGHTS
When your data is processed based on your consent, you may inform us that you wish to withdraw your consent at any time at which point we will not process your data any longer. Without withdrawing your consent, you may also request us to stop processing the data you provided in accordance with the GDPR.
