These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of and relationship with, Sparkle Image website (sparkleimage.com.mt). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and obligations under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions , please do not register for or use the sparkleimage.com.mt Site.
Use of the sparkleimage.com.mt Site (hereinafter referred to as the ‘website’)
Sparkleimage.com.mt offers online shopping services to all localities and addresses in Malta (Gozo and Comino are excluded). The service is extended to Yacht Marinas Offices, Factories and other commercial addresses.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the sparkleimage.com.mt Site. The changes will apply to the use of the sparkleimage.com.mt Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the sparkleimage.com.mt Site. If you continue to use the sparkleimage.com.mt Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the sparkleimage.com.mt Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
Registration
To register with Sparkleimage.com.mt you must be over eighteen years of age.
You must provide a unique email address.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
Password and security
When you register to use the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately.
If Sparkleimage.com.mt has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
Minimum Spend and other requirements
Sparkleimage.com.mt have a minimum spending requirement of €60 (Sixty euro) any orders below this amount will not be processed.
Water packets are limited to 8 cases of 6x 2litre bottles per order.
Prices
All Prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Prices, on our website are the same as our store Prices. Our Store promotions and offers are also repeated on our website, however, Sparkle Image reserve the right to make further offers for online customers without repeating such offers in Sparkle Image stores.
When an order is confirmed, the prices on the confirmation of order remain. WE DO NOT ALTER YOUR PRICE, to reflect any increase in inflation or otherwise.
Delivery Charge and Service
Deliveries are kept as frequent as possible with the shortest possible delivery time.
Customers at checkout can chose their preferred delivery date and time. This option is to organise our deliveries as close to customer wishes as possible. We reserve the right to select any other date suitable to both parties.
Customers will be contacted by our customer care prior the delivery time, to confirm that someone will be at home to receive the order. In the event that a delivery time is agreed, and no one will be at home to receive the order, the order is taken back to our store. All service charges remain, and collection has to be made by client.
Service charge applies to all localities in Malta, starting from €2 up to a maximum of €5. Service charge is removed to orders exceeding €150. Deliveries are made during Shop opening hours. No deliveries are made during Sundays and Public Holidays.
Sparkle Image reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, with a suitable notice to our customers or a website notice.
Water Deliveries
Only 5 packets of water are delivered free of additional charge with every order.
An additional delivery charge will be incurred with every order for deliveries of packets of water as follows:-
For deliveries of 6-8 packets of water - additional charge - €1,
Maximum amount of packets that can be delivered with one order is 8.
Water delivery service is charged irrespective of order value.
Payment
Payment is only accepted electronically online through an Authorised and secured Payment Gateway system. At order level you set a limit to be taken from your credit/debit card, which is the equivalent of the order amount. When your order is ready we ‘complete’ the transaction by taking payment from the amount you set for us, for the items delivered only. Bank will release the difference back to your card after we complete the transaction.
Loyalty Points
Loyalty point scheme works the same for online shopping as for Sparkle Image shops, that is with the exception of few baby items, for every two euro you spend, you will receive one point. When reaching 220 points you will receive cash back of €15.
Loyalty account opens automatically with online registration, however, if you already have a loyalty account, which you opened in one of our shops, please send us an email at admin@sparkleimage.com.mt , to join the two accounts, so that whether you shop in store or online, the same account will be topped up with points.
You may choose either sparkleimage.com.mt or any Sparkle Image shops to redeem the points.
All credit card payments below purchases of €50 will not give you points.
We reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any Loyalty Scheme at any time without notice.
Security and Fraud
When you use Sparkle Image Loyalty scheme you warrant to Sparkle Image that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Loyalty number and that you are using it in good faith.
If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of Loyalty points to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.
If we reasonably believe that any points are being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any points and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Sparkle Image reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
Returns Policy
Unless we deliver a damaged item we do not exchange or issue refunds for any unwanted products. You still have the right to return the product to any of our stores with copy of receipt and follow our return policy.
Limitations
You may not use the sparkleimage.com.mt Site for any of the following purposes:
Sparkleimage.com.mt reserves the right to refuse to post material on the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site or to remove material already posted on the Sparkleimage.com.mt Site.
You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with:
